It starts when we visit your property and discuss your requirements.Once we have settled on a plan we will text and email you a welcome note and some company info.The day before we are scheduled to attend your property, we will text and email you notification that we are coming, this will enable you to make any preperations required for our visit i.e opening access gates, moving vehicles etc. Once we have completed our visit, we will text you confirmation that we have attended your property, and with that, email you an invoice for our service.You don't hear from us again until your next service is scheduled.

Each home and commercial property are different in size, they will have varying amounts of windows,on different levels etc. We are happy to come out to your home or place of business to give you an estimate. Estimates are always free and take about 5 minutes.What I can say is that we are not expensive.Our approach is based on volume produced by repeat customers.

Over the past few years, we have transitioned away from the use of ladders to our current system of reach and wash.This has proved to be very successful in that we no longer run the risk of falling off them and scuff marks to your exterior caused by ladders has been eliminated.We do not use any chemicals when cleaning your windows, instead we use pure water which is suitable to drink if required.

We accept payment by BACS or cash on the day. Once you agree to use our service, we will visit your premises and carry out our clean. Once completed, we will email you an invoice for the agreed amount.You can then pay this by bank transfer or set up a direct debit once a trading relationship has been established and you are comfortable.So you do not have to be present when we attend.
